Départ à 12h30 devant chez Virginie et Vincent, le taxi est à l'heure et moi aussi. En effet, ça a été juste mais j'ai réussi à faire rentrer le vélo dans une boîte récupérée chez un marchant de vélos. La boîte étant un peu petite, j'ai du démonter la fourche avant ce qui n'était pas prévu, ainsi que le porte-bagages arrière. Bref, une bonne session de mécanique et tetris. Mais comme dit, tout est rentré, y compris la roue et la fourche de la remorque. J'ai mis mon sac dans la remorque et ai sanglé le tout. Arrivé à l'aéroport deux heures avant le vol, il y avait déjà une queue immense. Mais comme il y a eu des problèmes avec certains passagers passés avant moi, l'hotesse n'a pas vérifié le poid du carton du vélo, mais c'est sûr j'étais hors limites. Cool, c'est ça en moins à payer. Bref, j'ai pris mon vol, le vélo aussi et comme prévu, nous avons atterri fin d'après-midi à Keflavik, seul aéroport dans les environs de Reykjavik. Le transport jusqu'au camping à 4 minutes montre en main de l'aéroport m'a coûté 2000ISL (environ 15€). 

Le patron du camping n'est pas sympa et n'a pas tellement le respect des clients. Bref, j'ai pu remonter mon vélo, me réchauffer avec une douche et aller me coucher car les jours qui viennent vont être chargés !

Departure at 12:30am in front of Virginie and Vincent's place, the taxi is on time and so am I. Well, actually, I almost did not make it, but I finally managed to put my bike in a box found in a shop in town. The box was a little small so I had to disassemble the front fork and the rear luggage holder, which wasn't supposed to. In total, a nice mechanics/tetris session. But as I said, everything got in. I actually put my bag into the trailer and tapped the set. I arrived 2 hours before the flight but there was already a huge queue. But as some passengers had some problems in front of me, the hostess did not check the weight of the bike box, which was overweight to my opinion. I cannot complain, extra charge would have been expensive. Anyway, I took my flight, the bike too and we arrived end of the afternoon in Keflavik, the only airport in the Reykjavik area. The transport until the camp ground 4 minutes away costed me 2000ISL (about 15€). 

The camp's owner is not very nice and needs to learn about how to treat customers. Anyway, I assembled the bike and took a warm shower before going to bed because I have a tight schedule !
