We are back on the road to Col des Andes, but this time by bus. The road remains amazing. A final border crossing on the pass and we are back in Chile.

We still have a day together and Roxane wanted to visit the museum dedicated to the Civil War and the dictatorship of Pinochet. This is what we do. We dicover Chile's history through its most sordid and violent years of the last century.

Then it's time to say goodbye. Roxane and I leave in excellent relation, which reassures me compared to the first week together was a little rough. But then everything calmed down and we had four other great weeks full of good humor and problems overcome together. I want to thank Roxane for those 5 weeks and for the company. And of course for the Gruyère and dried meat that brought me the sweet memory of the European cuisine. See you when I get back!
Once Roxane left, I am hosted by Augo alias Augusto through Couchsurfing.

His apartment is located in the city center of Santiago, so I take this opportunity to visit the central place with a cathedral...

... the president's house, etc.. The whole city is pretty clean and well organized.
