Ottawa (Canada) - Ottawa (Canada)

During the weekend at Cédric's chalet, I met Tom, very happy and funny guy and good friend of Luc. Tom has a cousin who is visiting the Quebec as well and suggested to make a road trip for a few days. I jumped on the idea and we hit the road towards Ottawa and later the 1000 islands region (in the South of Ottawa). We arrive in Ottawa and... of course... it's raining. We find a hostel rather original as it is a former prison. It was pretty funny to shower in a prisoner cell.

We visited Ottawa, which apart from being the capital of Canada has nothing really interesting to see apart from the official institutions.

The only attraction that was interesting was the museum of civilization. We entered at 4pm and left at the closure (6pm) and really regretted no having more time to visit more. We would have needed at least a day to see it all. The museum is 5 floors and has an IMAX cinema.
